Eniko Rakonczai

Eniko Rakonczai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and HR project management. Currently serving as the Global Payroll Lead at AGCO Corporation since September 2024, Eniko previously held the position of HR Project Manager and Payroll Supervisor at BPiON Services from October 2022 to September 2024. Eniko's background includes a role as Senior Payroll Analyst at Flowserve Corporation from November 2018 to September 2024, and as a Senior Tax Advisor (Global Mobility) at EY between December 2016 and November 2018.
