Eric Odievre

Eric ODIEVRE is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various industries, particularly in the agricultural and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Director HR for AGCO Corporation in France, overseeing HR functions across Massey Ferguson in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, Eric's tenure at AGCO spans over 16 years in various HR leadership roles. Prior to AGCO, significant contributions were made at BASF as Director of Human Resources, focusing on organizational implementation post-acquisition, and at Cooper Standard Automotive as Senior Manager of Human Resources. Eric also has experience in project management roles at Renault and Dresser-Rand, where strategic HR initiatives were successfully executed.
