Currently serving as Global HR Business Partner at AGCO Corporation since May 2012, Jessie has held several senior roles, including Senior Manager for HR in the UK & Ireland and Senior HR Manager for Talent Management in APAC & Africa. Prior experience includes HR management positions at Owenscorning (China) Investment Co., Ltd, Rexnord (Changzhou) Transmission Co., Ltd, Interprint (China) Materials Co., Ltd, and Techpool (Changzhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
