Lisa Thorpe

Lisa Thorpe is an experienced professional with a focus on training and development within global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Shared Services Training Manager at AGCO Corporation since March 2014, Lisa supports training initiatives for Precision Agriculture and Digital, IT, HR, and Finance functions. Previous roles at AGCO include Global SAP Training Manager and GLOBE Training Technical Lead, where responsibilities included the deployment and maintenance of training platforms. Additionally, Lisa has served as IT Training Manager at Molson Coors Brewing Company and SAP Training Manager at Cadbury plc. Lisa began their career as an SAP Training Consultant at DACG/Assima from 2000 to 2002. Lisa holds a BA Hons in Management and Administration from the University of Leeds.
