Luiz Eduardo Lima is a seasoned professional in risk management, cybersecurity, and internal control, currently serving as the Senior Global Cybersecurity Program Lead at AGCO Corporation. Prior to this role, Luiz held key positions such as Head of Risk Management & Internal Control & Insurance at The Social Hub, and Head of Information Security (CISO) at ReadyTech, where significant Global Risk Governance Programs were implemented. Luiz also has experience managing risk and compliance for Voith Group and International Paper, leading various initiatives across multiple countries, including Argentina, Brazil, and the Netherlands.
