Janelle Skibicki, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Janelle started their career in 1995 as a Country Recorder at Walsh County, where they worked until 2003. In 2003, they joined Farm Credit Services of Grand Forks as a Real Estate Title Specialist.
