Tracey Rader

Tracey Rader has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Tracey started at The Capital Group in 2003 as a Human Resources Associate II, where they primarily focused on benefits administration and employee relations. In 2005, they joined Pearson as a Manager of Human Resources, quickly being promoted to the role of HR Manager. During their time at Pearson, they gained experience in the HR Business Partner Model and worked closely with multiple divisions within the organization. In 2011, they became the Human Resources Director at Virtual Hold Technology, where they reported directly to the CEO and led all aspects of HR for the entire employee population. Most recently, Tracey served as the VP of Human Resources at AGDATA, LP starting in 2017. Their experience includes talent acquisition, culture development, employee engagement, performance management, and more. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to strategically respond to business goals and objectives.

Tracey Rader completed their education at Rider University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Human Resources.
