Kara Figi

Kara Figi is vice president of AgDirect business development, where she leads the team of inside sales representatives who provide sales support and financing options for AgDirect dealerships, territory managers and AgDirect LLP partners.

Figi began her career with Farm Credit Services of America in 2016 as an AgDirect sales representative. Her previous experience in marketplace development, relationship building and supporting the overall growth of the AgDirect program make her a valuable asset in her current leadership role.

Kara grew up in the Lincoln, Nebraska, area and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s of agricultural science in biochemistry.
