Leslie Donohue

Leslie Donohue serves as vice president of AgDirect operations. In her role, Leslie leads and oversees part of the AgDirect operations team responsible for preparing legal documents, filing perfected liens and funding transactions. She is proud to work with team members who are dedicated to providing great service to customers and helping agricultural producers achieve their goals.

Leslie’s career with Farm Credit Services of America spans more than 15 years. Before joining AgDirect as vice president of operations in 2022, she worked as a mortgage processor in the consumer lending department, served as an AgDirect resolution officer and gained leadership experience serving as vice president of credit operations.

A native of Rockville, Nebraska, Leslie grew up on a cow-calf and grain operation. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in business administration and journalism and master’s degree in business administration from Midland University.
