Bill McCaffrey

Bill was CTO of NeoPets, Inc., where he designed and built systems to support more than 140 million registered accounts, facilitated translations into 10 languages, and expedited international expansion and scaling to serve more than 8 billion page views per month. Prior to NeoPets, Bill was in charge of technology and systems at The Dohring Company, including the development and oversight of the company’s online panel, OpinionSurveys.com. At Age of Learning, Bill oversees a team of engineers building products and services in PHP, JavaScript, HTML 5, and MySQL, on Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems in a distributed AWS cloud.
