Jen Abell-Champion

Jen Abell-Champion has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as VP of Technology Operations at Age of Learning since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Technical Operations at the same company from August 2018 to July 2023, where they were responsible for developing and executing technology strategies. Jen also served as Director of Operations from January 2014 to August 2018, managing project implementation and improvements.

Before joining Age of Learning, Jen co-founded Netrevex LLC, an ecommerce strategy agency, and served as COO from January 2012 to December 2014. At Internet Brands, they held the position of General Manager from July 2013 to January 2014, where they created strategic direction for health websites. At Encore, they held various roles including Director of Business to Consumer, Director of Demand Planning and Sales Operations, and Inventory Manager.

Jen began their career at The Beverage Group, Inc. as a Sales & Operations Planning Manager from May 2003 to March 2005. Prior to that, they worked at Danone Waters of North America as a Sales Planning Manager and Senior Financial Analyst.

Overall, Jen brings a wealth of experience in technology operations, project management, ecommerce strategy, and sales planning to their current role at Age of Learning.

Jen Abell-Champion has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Natural Resources from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jen also has a background in accounting from UCLA.
