Liam Hockley

Liam Hockley is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and web technologies. Currently serving as Software Engineer III at Age of Learning since May 2021, Liam has progressed through multiple roles within the organization. Previous experience includes self-employment as a Full-Stack Engineer and Consultant, where services were provided in creating CMS-based websites using Drupal, WordPress, and PHP. Notable contributions were made at Sycamore Education as a Full Stack Web Developer, maintaining a legacy PHP codebase and performing enhancements and bug fixes. Earlier roles included a summer internship at Christ in the City, peer tutoring at Wayne State College, and co-founding Potent Studios, where client-focused web solutions were developed. Liam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wayne State College.
