Taeyana Kamir

Taeyana Kamir has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Taeyana is currently working as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Age of Learning, Inc. Prior to that, they held roles at Illuminate Education, Inc. as the Senior Director of Special Programs and Senior Director of Services Operations. Taeyana also worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as the Senior Director of Professional Services Operations. Before that, they worked at Math Solutions in various roles, including Associate Director of Operations and Business Systems, Senior Manager Business Systems, and Marketing Coordinator. Taeyana also has experience working at West Nottingham Academy as an Executive Assistant to the Head of School. Additionally, they worked at Associated Press, where they served as a Project/Product Manager for AP AdVantage. Earlier in their career, they held positions at The Newspaper Network and Journal of Neurologic Rehabilitation/Neurorehabilitation and Neural Repair. Taeyana began their career at the University of Pennsylvania as an Assistant to the Chair of the Department of Neuroscience and as an Administrative Assistant.

Taeyana Kamir earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Russian from Dickinson College, graduating magna cum laude in 1995. Taeyana also completed a Curator's Choice solo show in Ceramics at Cecil Community College. Taeyana pursued further education in Fine Arts, Art History, and Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they gained teaching assistant experience at Kings Gap Environmental Education Center and studied Russian Language and Culture at the Mendeleev Institute. Taeyana participated in an archaeology site program at Tel Aviv University, specifically Yavneh-Yam. Taeyana also gained experience as an intern at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology. Taeyana holds multiple certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator. Taeyana is also a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute and completed the "Stay Competitive Using Design Thinking" course from LinkedIn.
