Anthony Barratt

Anthony Barratt has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Anthony started their career as a Call centre Team Manager at Norton Financial Services Limited in 2011. Anthony then moved on to Norton Financial Services in 2013, where they became a Sales Department Manager. In this role, they were responsible for a 40-seat fully blended call centre and played a key role in delivering overall company success. In 2015, they joined Age Partnership as a Department Manager, where they oversaw operational management of 100 employees across various functions. Anthony achieved significant improvements, including maintaining a high NPS score, reducing completion times, and creating a pathway for administrators to become Equity Release Advisors. Barratt was subsequently promoted to Head of Mortgages and then Head of Emerging Products at Age Partnership.
