Gary Senior

Gary Senior is the Group Learning and Development Manager at Age Partnership since September 2025. Prior to this role, Gary held various positions at Santander UK from January 2012 to September 2025, including Learning and Talent Experience Manager and Branch Manager. Previous experience includes working as an Advance Sales and Service Representative at HSBC from April 2010 to December 2011. Gary's education includes CIPD qualifications, a Level 5 degree in Human Resources Management from August 2023 to August 2025, a Level 5 Coaching Professional degree from BPP in partnership with Grant Thornton, an ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management from Leeds Beckett University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with Physiology from Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2010.
