Becca Philby has over 25 years of experience in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Group Learning and Development Manager at Equiniti since July 2006. In this role, Becca oversees a team managing the administration of over 50,000 international monthly payments for more than 150 clients in both public and private sectors. Previously, Becca worked at Airmiles Travel Promotions as the Resource and Planning Team Leader, responsible for scheduling in a 400-seat call center while ensuring compliance with SLA targets and working time directives. Becca is currently pursuing further education at SCCU Group, and holds a GNVQ in Travel and Tourism from East Surrey College.
