Victoria MacGregor

Victoria MacGregor is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Chief Network Officer at Age UK since February 2024, Victoria has also held significant roles including Non Executive Director at the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and Director of Network Strategy and Standards at Citizens Advice, where a notable achievement included mobilizing a major Universal Credit support program. Prior experience encompasses leadership positions at Dacorum Citizens Advice and EDF Energy, where strategic public affairs initiatives were implemented. An early career included roles at the Independent Healthcare Association and Grey Group. Victoria holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
