Sebastian Andres Retamal Quidel

Sebastian Andres Retamal Quidel is an environmental engineer with experience in project management and environmental assessments. Currently serving as an Ingeniero de proyecto at AGEA since July 2023, Sebastian is involved in drafting and supporting documents for the Environmental Assessment Service on projects such as the EIA for Pampas Hybrid Park, DIA for Alpes Wind Farm, and EIA for Vientos del Valle Wind Park. Previously, Sebastian held roles including Chargé d’Affaires at Municipalidad de los Lagos, focusing on environmental oversight and accreditation processes, and conducted a technical-economic prefeasibility study for a vermicomposting plant while at Municipalidad de Cunco. Additional experience includes internships at SEREMI de Salud, BIOAQUA Ltda., and participation in a solid waste management census project at the Institute of the Environment, Universidad de La Frontera. Sebastian holds a degree in Civil Environmental Engineering and a Licentiate in Engineering Sciences from Universidad de La Frontera.
