Archana Ragavan has extensive experience in customer experience and engagement within the insurance sector, currently serving as Vice President & Head of Customer Experience at Ageas Federal Life Insurance since April 2022. Prior to this role, Archana held various senior positions at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from May 2007 to April 2022, including Vice President of Client Relationship & Customer Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed developing customer experience measurement frameworks and enhancing operational excellence. Throughout the career, Archana has successfully led numerous initiatives, including the implementation of digital tools like chatbots and process improvement projects, ultimately contributing to significant increases in customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics. Archana holds a Post Graduate degree in International Business Management from GITAM Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from BVK College, along with a Licentiate degree from the Insurance Institute of India.
