Justin Pao

Justin Pao has a diverse work experience in various technical support roles. Justin currently works at Outreach as an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Outreach from April 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Outreach, Justin worked at Tacoma Screw Products as a Jr. Network Administrator from April 2019 to April 2020 and as an Information Technology Technician from May 2016 to April 2020. Justin also briefly worked at Williams Kastner as a Contracted Helpdesk Analyst from February 2016 to May 2016. In addition, Justin gained experience as a Desktop Support Analyst Intern at Perkins Coie LLP from July 2015 to January 2016. Justin started their career at H&M as a Sales Associate from May 2012 to February 2015.

Justin Pao's education history includes attending Bellevue College from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Tacoma Community College, focusing on General Studies. In terms of secondary education, they obtained their High School Diploma from Henry Foss High School in 2012.

Justin Pao also has two additional certifications: they became a Certified Administrator through Outreach in January 2023, and they obtained the MTA: Networking Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2015.
