Karolien Gielen

Karolien Gielen currently serves as Managing Director of Business Development at Ageas Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Karolien held various positions at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2006 to September 2024, including Managing Director and Partner, Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant. Additionally, Karolien worked as an adviser on financial dossiers for the Kabinet Vice-Eerste Minister en Pensioenen Vincent Van Quickenborne in early 2012 and completed internships at BCG and Nike. Karolien holds a degree in Commercial Engineering, awarded Summa Cum Laude from KU Leuven in 2007.
