Paul Davies

Paul Davies has a strong background in data and platform management. Paul currently holds the position of Head of Data Platforms at Ageas UK, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Data Platform and Development Manager at the same company from January 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Ageas UK, Paul worked at Ageas Insurance Limited as the Data Services and Platform Lead from March 2013 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were an MI Developer at Capita Insurance from June 2009 to March 2013. Paul also worked as a Broker Development Consultant at Allianz Insurance PLC from October 2005 to December 2008 and as a Customer Service Representative at Lloyds Banking Group from April 2004 to September 2005.

Paul Davies completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Portsmouth from 2021 to 2023. In addition, they obtained a Chartered Manager Fellow certification from the Chartered Management Institute in 2023 and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in 2019.
