Patricia Hewko

Patricia Hewko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce optimization and staff scheduling. Currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Optimization at AgeCare since December 2021, Patricia previously held the position of Supervisor for Staff Scheduling and Timekeeping at Carewest from May 2000 to December 2021. In this role, responsibilities included administration of Kronos ESP Scheduling Software, management of a team of nine staff schedulers, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements for approximately 2900 employees. Patricia's expertise also encompasses training, performance appraisal, and liaising with multiple departments to guarantee accurate payroll processes.
