Catherine Young

Catherine Young has extensive experience in advocating for the elderly and adults with disabilities. Catherine has worked as an advocate at Aged and Disability Advocacy Australia since 2014, managing client cases, liaising with service providers, and facilitating advocacy education sessions. Prior to this role, Catherine worked at The ORS Group as a Site Manager and Disability Employment Consultant, assisting clients with disabilities in obtaining sustainable employment. Catherine also has experience as a Support Worker for a private client with autism and as a Home School Teacher, providing educational and therapeutic support. Catherine holds a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Arrow Training Services and a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Griffith University.
