Daniel Malito

Daniel Malito is an experienced advocate, writer, and producer with a focus on chronic illness and disability awareness. Currently serving as an Advocate, Contributor, and Moderator at Health Union, LLC since May 2018, Daniel authors four monthly posts and moderates two Facebook pages to engage with the community. Previous roles include Series Producer at BrieflyChronic Productions, where Daniel created the award-nominated web series Chronic Briefs, and Video Producer at Can I Play That?. Daniel also has extensive experience as a columnist for major publications, including Creaky Joints and The Huffington Post, and has served as a motivational speaker on topics related to chronic illness from 2016 to 2020. With a background shaped by extensive hospital experiences, Daniel’s work blends personal insights with educational content. Daniel holds a degree from Columbia University and attended Friends Academy.
