Daniel Carter

Daniel Carter is an experienced professional currently serving as General Manager at VMCH since January 2017, having previously held roles including Senior Manager Disability Services, Manager Business Development, Strategy & Innovation, and Senior Strategy Analyst within the same organization. In addition, Daniel is a Board Member and Board Observer for Unison, participating in the Observership Program since January 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Votar Partners from May 2012 to January 2017, and various consulting positions at Land Equity International Pty Ltd, Geomatic Technologies, and the Lao PDR Department of Lands. Daniel holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from ESSEC Business School, along with Bachelor's degrees in Geomatic Engineering and Science (Geography) from the University of Melbourne and the University of New Brunswick.
