Prior to this role, Lauren held positions at Seyfarth Shaw LLP as an Associate and at the Fair Work Commission, where initial work commenced as a Case Manager in the Unfair Dismissals Case Management Team before being promoted to Associate in November 2014, assisting Deputy President Clancy. Lauren's educational background includes a Master of Employment and Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Melbourne.
