Martha O'Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Martha is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at VMCH since November 2023. Prior to this, Martha worked at The Reject Shop as the General Manager of Information Technology and later as the Head of Technology from June 2020 to June 2022. Martha also held the position of Group Head of IT Supply Chain at Kmart Group from November 2019 to June 2020. Martha's previous roles include Head of IT- Trading and Supply Chain, IT Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, and IT Project Manager at Target Australia from 2012 to 2019. Martha began their career at IBM as a Program Manager and Advisory Project Manager from 2007 to 2012. Before that, Martha worked at IAG as a Senior Project Coordinator, Shine Technologies as a General Projects Manager, and Sensis as a Project Co-ordinator.

Martha O'Sullivan has a diverse education history. In 1997-1998, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from Maynooth University. Following this, from 2014-2016, they participated in the Leaders for Geelong Program, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Martha'sBachelor of Arts degree from Maynooth University was earned from 1993-1997. Martha also received a certification in Agile Project Methodology from ThoughtWorks. In terms of additional certifications, they earned the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2019 and obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
