Nicholas Pavlou

Nicholas Pavlou currently serves as the Village Manager at VMCH since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Seeing Machines and Opteon from December 2022 to November 2023 and July 2021 to October 2022, respectively. Nicholas has extensive experience at Vicinity Centres from October 2016 to December 2020 as Senior HR Business Partner, contributing to the digital transformation of the people strategy and driving a high-performance culture. Before this, Nicholas was the Head of People at REA Group, focusing on overarching people strategies and performance management from May 2013 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes ownership of Brainwave HR from February 2004 to June 2013, providing generalist HR consulting and strategic advisory services. Nicholas is an alumnus of Wesley College.
