Michael Duebner

Michael Duebner serves as the Assistant Village Manager and Management Services Director for the Village of Lake Zurich, Illinois, since October 2012. With a strong emphasis on innovation and customer-focused outcomes, Michael has effectively delivered municipal services while fostering fiscal responsibility. Previous roles include Acting Finance Director, Innovation Director, and Technology Director, where Michael developed strategic technology plans and modernized infrastructure. Prior to Lake Zurich, Michael held the position of Director of Information Technology at the City of Des Plaines and Operations Manager IT & 911 at the Village of Oak Park, managing core business systems and network infrastructure. Michael began a career as a Senior Consultant at Integrity Computer Solutions, Ltd., specializing in applications development and e-commerce solutions. Michael holds a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Trinity International University.
