Janice Wu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assessment and community services. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assessor at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission since July 2023, Janice previously worked as an Allied Health Assessor at Services Australia and as a Regional Assessment Service Assessor at Co.As.It. Community Services. Prior roles include Service Delivery Manager at Centacare Brisbane, focusing on support plan development for My Aged Care clients, and a dual role as Regional Volunteer Coordinator and Lifestyle Services Manager at IRT Group, enhancing volunteer engagement and planning lifestyle services for aged care residents.
