Mike Klimczak

Mike Klimczak is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as Acting Director and previously holding roles as Assistant Director and National Training Manager at the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission since February 2022. Prior to this, Mike worked as a Training and Development Specialist at TeamViewer and as a Technical Senior Advisor, Trainer, and Assessor at Apple from January 2016 to February 2021. Mike has extensive entrepreneurial experience, having owned Backup.com.au from January 2000 to January 2020 and served as a Franchise Owner and Manager at Tandy Electronics in Victoria and South Australia from July 1992 to August 1999. Mike holds a Cert IV in Training and Assessment from Harrison Training Group and studied at Swinburne University of Technology between 1993 and 1994.
