Development and Research

The Development and Research Team at Agefiph is responsible for creating and implementing strategies to enhance the integration, retention, and professional growth of individuals with disabilities in private sector companies. They conduct research, develop resources, facilitate collaborations, and design programs to support businesses in fostering inclusive environments. This team also oversees major initiatives, such as partnerships with large accounts and the engagement with the economic and social sectors, as well as special events like the Olympics and Paralympics.
