Philippe Ephritikhine

Chargé De Mission Jeux Olympiques Et Paralympiques at Agefiph

Philippe Ephritikhine possesses extensive experience in the fields of employment and project management, currently serving as Chargé de mission for the Jeux olympiques et Paralympiques at Agefiph since October 2019. Prior roles include Directeur du Développement SPE at AFPA from December 2017 to September 2019, and a significant tenure at Agefiph from February 2009 to December 2017 as Délégué Régional par interim and Délégué Régional Adjoint. Philippe was also the Directeur at GIP Maison de l'emploi de Paris from January 2006 to June 2008, overseeing the establishment of the first Borloo Employment House in Ile de France, managing a team and a substantial budget. Earlier experience includes working as Chargé de Mission and Chef de projet at Ville De Paris from October 2001 to December 2005, where Philippe led initiatives for employment and development in the 18th and 19th arrondissements. Philippe holds a maîtrise in Sociology from Université de Nancy (1989-1993) and has studied at Sciences Po.
