Janice Chia

Janice Chia is the Managing Director at Ageing Asia Pte Ltd, a consultancy focused on fostering collaborations in the ageing market, which is valued at US$3 trillion in the Asia Pacific. Janice also serves as the Owner and Producer of the Ageing Asia Innovation Forum, aimed at exploring business opportunities within this sector. Additionally, Janice is the Founder of ASPIRE55 Pte Ltd, which promotes active ageing through social health communities. With experience as Managing Director of Xperiential Events Pte Ltd, Janice has a strong background in conference organization across various industries, including ageing. Prior roles include General Manager at Terrapinn Australia and Assistant Project Manager at Suntec Singapore, complemented by educational qualifications from the University of Melbourne and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, along with ongoing studies at SMU Academy in Design Thinking.
