Garrett Smith is a seasoned Program Manager and Environmental Scientist with over two decades of experience in project and program management across various sectors, including military and commercial projects. At AGEISS, Inc. since May 2009, Garrett has managed nationwide USACE projects while also focusing on business development and strategic partnerships. Previously, Garrett served as a Sr. Project Manager at MOCA Systems and demonstrated expertise in project execution, controls, and cost estimating. Prior experience at Booz Allen Hamilton involved management consulting for the Air Force, and Garrett also held a project management position at MWH for military and commercial projects. Garrett holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
