Leonardo Cardoso Ayres

Leonardo Cardoso Ayres is an experienced executive with a robust background in business management and commercial operations. Currently serving as Executive Director for Navigation, Containers, Port Operations, and Storage at Agemar Infraestrutura e Logística since April 2020, Leonardo is responsible for developing new business strategies and managing client relationships. Previously, as General Manager at the Conselho de Arquitetura e Urbanismo de Pernambuco, responsibilities included budget monitoring, cost reduction, and enhancing organizational climate. Leonardo also co-founded Easy Market PE and held significant commercial leadership roles at REDETREL and Souza Cruz, focusing on strategic management and team development. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral, an MBA in Marketing and Sales from CEDEPE Business School, and a degree in Administration with a focus on Marketing from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco.
