Manuela Tamburo de Bella

Manuela Tamburo De Bella currently serves as the Director of the UOS Clinical Hospital Networks and DM 70 at Agenas since February 2022. Manuela has been a permanent medical director in oncology at Ospedaliera ARNAS Civico Palermo since December 2006 and is currently on secondment as a research director at the Department of Oncology and Molecular Medicine at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, a position held since January 2017. Prior to this, Manuela was a medical and research director at the Istituto Superiore di Sanità from January 2017 to February 2022 and worked as a temporary oncologist at ISMETT- UPMC in Palermo from November 2005 to December 2006. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. from Imperial College London, an economic and managerial training certificate from SDA Bocconi, a Level II Master's in Public Policies and Healthcare Management from Università degli studi La Sapienza in Rome, a specialization in Oncology from Università degli Studi di Palermo, and a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the same university.
