Fanny Larocque

Fanny Larocque is the Présidente and Fondatrice of Agence Charlie, a talent management firm based in Quebec, specializing in the acquisition, mobilization, and retention of talents in businesses since February 2017. Fanny Larocque also serves as a Partner Expert in recruitment for the Groupement des chefs d’entreprise since November 2020 and participated in the Cohorte Leadership au féminin at CCIRS from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior experience includes serving as the Recruiting Director at Proforce Personnel from November 2013 to February 2017 and as Store Manager at GUESS?, Inc. from October 2009 to November 2013, where responsibilities included sales increase, recruitment, and policy implementation. Educational achievements include studies at HEC Montréal and Cégep Marie-Victorin.
