Youmni Z.

Youmni Z. has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, they served as the Head of Department at Agence nationale des fréquences (ANFR) starting from December 2021. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Beirut Arab University. In their earlier career, Youmni worked as an R&D and Pre-sales Engineer at MobiNetS from 2009 to 2012. They also had roles as a Telecom Consultant at Ericsson from 2011 to 2012, as well as at SFR from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they worked as an R&D Engineer at France Telecom R&D from 2007 to 2008.

Youmni Z. obtained an MS degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Al-Jâmi'ah Al-Lubnaniya between 1997 and 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications and Radar at Université de Rennes I from 2002 to 2003. Finally, Youmni Z. completed their education by earning a PhD in Telecommunications from the University Paris 6 between 2003 and 2006.
