Ayman El Sayed has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. ayman started their career as a Salesman at Daly dress fashion retail company in 2001. ayman then worked as an Assistant Manager at MADOC wear in 2003, followed by a role as a Supervisor at Alpha Market from 2004 to 2005. At Geant Saudi Ltd, they served as a Section Manager, responsible for division management, supplier negotiations, and maintaining customer service standards from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Non-food Category Manager at More and More, focusing on buying, sales, quality, and pricing. ayman then joined El Wahab Group as a Marketing Assistant Manager, responsible for designing marketing plans, managing media bookings, and implementing events and promotions. At Ragab Sons, they worked as a Purchasing Manager, involved in supplier negotiation, price control, and waste control procedures. ayman held the position of Head of Merchandising Non-food at Awlad Ragab from 2011 onwards. Most recently, they joined Premier Market as the Head of Merchandising Non-food in 2020.

From 1999 to 2003, Ayman El Sayed attended Cairo University, where they earned a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
