Joan Orcier

Joan Orcier currently serves as the Directeur territorial for Meurthe et Moselle at Agence Régionale de Santé Grand Est since June 2022. Previously, Joan was the Directeur Général of INWE'CARE from March 2020 to November 2021, overseeing the establishment of multidisciplinary health centers and managing various organizational and regulatory processes. Joan has also held significant leadership roles, including Directeur Général at UGECAM Nord-Est, where responsibilities included financial recovery, restructuring, and quality improvement initiatives for the Institut Régional de Réadaptation. Additional experience includes directorships at Ramsay Santé, Korian, and CHU de Montpellier, with a focus on the management of rehabilitation and geriatric care facilities. Joan began a career as a consultant in organization and information systems with ORFIS between 2000 and 2005. Joan holds a Mastère in logistics, materials management, and supply chain from ESSEC Business School.
