Darijo Mačinković

Darijo Mačinković is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in network security and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer and Lead Network Administrator at AKD d.o.o. since December 2019, responsibilities include configuring firewalls from various manufacturers, ensuring compliance with PCI and CIS standards, and utilizing tools such as Nexpose and Nessus for network vulnerability scanning. Previous roles include Team Leader for network services at Iskon Internet d.d., overseeing the delivery and maintenance of business network services, and a Technical Department position at Hrvatski Telekom, providing support for field technicians and configuring DSLAMs. Darijo holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Maintenance from the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica and is a Cisco Certified Network Associate from the Cisco Networking Academy.
