Prior to this, John's tenure at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide included roles as Marketing Manager in London, where innovative marketing programs were developed for landmark properties, and Regional Field Marketing Manager in Canada, achieving impressive online revenue growth. Early career experience includes a brand marketing internship at Detour. John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications & Design from Ryerson University.
