Cris has been a member of the [ACTS](/org/acts) family for more than 10 years. He has contributed to the success of [ACTS](/org/acts) with his forward and collaborative thinking processes and specializes in strategic development and program implementation. Cris’ expertise in program development and implementation resulted in the [ACTS](/org/acts) Amethyst Respite Center (ARC) which is the first and only inebriate shelter in Hillsborough County. Prior to serving as the Interim COO, Cris served as the Administrator of Acute Care Services for [ACTS](/org/acts), where he assumed leadership for the adult and youth addiction receiving facilities, the Outpatient Detox Program, and the Medication Clinic which provides psychiatric evaluation and medication services. He also served as Director of Supportive Housing and Director of Forensic Services for [ACTS](/org/acts). Most recently, Cris has been instrumental in the development, implementation, and direction of [ACTS](/org/acts) very first Medication Assistance Treatment (MAT) Program which serves as a direct response to the Opioid Crisis and aims at decreasing opioid dependency. Cris has more than 15 years of experience in the behavioral health, co-occurring/mental health, and substance abuse fields, and working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Cris continues to collaborate and identify innovative ways of bridging the gap of substance abuse and mental health services while providing a Comprehensive, Continuous, Integrated System of Care (CCISC) best practice with local community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, court administration, and universities Cris holds certifications as a Masters Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP) and a Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Counselor (CCJAC) through the Florida Certification Board. He is the Vice President of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Advisory Council and the sole Multicultural Professional Development Provider at [ACTS](/org/acts). He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University with a major in Sociology and minor in Criminology and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. 

Cris Riviere

Patrick H. Mazza is the current President at Agency for Community Treatment Services, Inc. Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Account Representative in 1990. In 1996, they became an Account Executive at Davis Baldwin Insurance Agency, and then Asst. Vice President of Sales at Stahl & Associates Insurance Agency in 1997. In 2009, they started their own agency, Mazza Insurance & Financial Services. In 2016, they partnered with Baker to form MazzaBaker Insurance & Financial Services.

Patrick H. Mazza received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management & Finance from the [University of South Florida](/org/university-of-south-florida) and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from St. Petersburg College. Patrick is also certified from the Insurance Institute of America as an Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI).

Beth Ann has worked at [ACTS](/org/acts) for 30+ years. She started as a Fiscal Assistant, and moved to an accountant. For 8 years, she served as the accounting supervisor before being promoted to the Information Technology Director for 6 years. Her role expanded to serve as the Director of Finance and IT for 11 years before being promoted to the CFO role. Beth Ann was the Project Manager for implementation of Credible Behavioral Healthcare Software, an electronic health record; DATIS, a human resource information system; TrainCaster, a learning management system; and KIS, an accounting system. With her knowledge of the organization, she has the ability to bring resources together throughout the organization to move [ACTS](/org/acts) forward. Beth Ann received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and then her Master of Science in Management and Information Systems both from the [University of South Florida](/org/university-of-south-florida) in Tampa.

Beth Ann Sanders

Asha has been with the [ACTS](/org/acts) for more than 27 years and has extensive experience with behavioral health, juvenile justice, and criminal justice systems of care. She served as the Chief Operating Officer for more than 11 years where she was responsible for a wide array of clinical treatment and community-based services in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Polk counties. Her experience in the field has enhanced community relationships and has helped [ACTS](/org/acts) build strong alliances with law enforcement, the courts, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Children and Families, Child Welfare, Veteran’s Administration, and Central Florida Behavioral Health Network. She was instrumental in the implementation of the first Juvenile Assessment Center in Hillsborough County and assisted in the implementation of several JACs in Florida. She currently serves as a board member for Florida’s One Behavioral Health Association, Florida Juvenile Justice Association, Hillsborough Anti-Drug Alliance, Hillsborough County Behavioral Health Task Force, and the Health Care Advisory Board’s Management Subcommittee. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the [University of South Florida](/org/university-of-south-florida) and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from [Nova Southeastern University](/org/nova-southeastern-university).
