Paul Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health research and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow at the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality since March 2015, Paul previously held the position of Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office from 2008 to March 2015. Additional experience includes roles as a Health Research Consultant at the Kaiser Family Foundation, Fellow at the Center for Studying Health System Change, and a brief internship at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities. Paul also contributed as a Consultant for the World Bank in 2005. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics from American University and a B.S. in Business, History, and Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
