Brett Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the music industry. Brett began their career in 1999 with the Roots of Creation band, where they served as Manager, Vocalist, Guitarist, and Songwriter. In 2004, they worked at Metronome Media Group, focusing on Marketing and Studio Management. From 2009 to 2011, they were employed at Guitar Center as a Pro Audio Salesperson.

In 2012, Brett Wilson transitioned into different positions. Brett started their own venture, Brett Wilson Music, as a Singer, Songwriter, and Performer. Brett also joined Powderfinger Promotions, where they engaged in College Radio Promotions and various other duties such as social media management and website maintenance.

Continuing their music journey, Brett joined Silverback Music in 2019 as a Social Media Manager for a brief period of six months. Additionally, they co-owned CiderMag.com, a digital magazine and blog, from 2014 to 2019, taking charge of advertising and sales.

Brett's involvement in the music industry extended beyond performing and promotions. Brett became a Voting Member of The Recording Academy in 2016, garnering recognition for their contributions.

In addition, Brett attended the Guitar Summer Sessions at Berklee College of Music in 2000 to further develop their guitar skills.
