Matt Woodward

Matt Woodward, MBA, is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the insurance and real estate industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Agency Insurance Company of Maryland (AIC) since August 2015, Matt has successfully managed a territory of 334 independent insurance agencies, achieving a remarkable 362% growth in written premium and appointing 211 new agencies, with a consistent three-year average loss ratio of 62%. As a Partner at Lincoln Homes, Inc., a residential real estate investment and property management firm since 2006, Matt has contributed to the company's growth in the North Atlanta metro area. Previous roles include consulting for the Georgia Engineering Alliance, financial analysis at SunTrust, and various sales and management positions at AIC and Progressive Insurance.
