Stephen Weil

Stephen Weil has had an extensive career in technology and education. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Technology Officer for Agency MVP, where they were responsible for directing engineering resources and priorities to facilitate an overhaul of their core lead management system. Stephen was also a Back End Developer for the company. From 2018 to 2021, Stephen worked at Copart as a Technical Lead, Software Engineer, and Junior Software Engineer. In 2017, they were a Resident at Coding Dojo studying to become a full-stack web developer. From 2012 to 2013, Stephen was a Debate Coach at Emory University and The Westminster Schools, where they helped lead weekly team meetings and strategy discussions and coached teams to the National Debate Tournament. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Intern at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where they performed administrative duties and conducted research for the Russia & Eurasia program.

Stephen Weil attended Emory University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theirtory. In 2017, they attended Coding Dojo.
