Leandro Meili is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and data management across various industries. As the Chief Technology Officer at BCR CX since April 2023, Leandro leads teams in CRM consulting, business intelligence, and software development. Prior experience includes serving as Head Of Data Management at Virgo Inc., where Leandro developed a robust data platform, and as a Sr. Data Engineer at Adobe, contributing significantly to analytics initiatives. Leandro's background also includes project management and naval architecture, having held key roles at Femsa Logística, XL Catlin, and various other organizations. Leandro holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and an Executive MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
